12:00 PM - 1:30 PMTemple Emanu-ElJoin the Jewish Creator Lab with partner Adamah Detroit for a creative celebration of the Jewish New Year for Trees! Students will incorporate natural materials into a tree-shaped collage, as we explore the holiday of Tu B’shvat and the Jewish value of Shomrei Adamah/Guardians of the Earth. Using found natural objects, tree fruit, and art supplies, students will create a beautiful and unique collage celebrating the Jewish birthday of the trees.
