Emanu-El’s Mature and Exciting Set (EMES) is the senior group of Temple Emanu-El. We have programs with topics of interest not only for Emes members but with wide appeal for the whole community. Our programs vary from serious content to light entertainment. Emes sponsors the annual Grandparents’ Shabbat and participates in many Temple functions. When you come to an EMES meeting, you will meet and greet old friends and new ones. We invite all of our Temple members, young and old, to join us and add to the strength and dynamism of our congregation.
EMES meets monthly, usually on the second Sunday of the month at 12:30 for a nice buffet lunch with a program following at 1:00 p.m. Annual dues are $15 per person. |
